Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team and seeking individuals who value autonomy, work/life balance, and growth. You will undergo immersive training, combine online learning with mentorship in your territory, and engage business owners to offer high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

No prior sales experience is required, training will mold the right candidate. You will manage your local domain, meet clients, and deliver tailored consultations and presentations to shape your territory’s

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections quickly.
• Drive for helping others, resilience, and track record in sales or leadership.

• Quick-thinking with situational awareness.
• Willingness to learn and manage time effectively; ability to work independently.
• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to identify leads and build a client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and stick to weekly schedules; report weekly to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
