Alleviation is expanding its sales team in Florida, offering immersive training and mentorship for driven individuals. You’ll engage business owners and staff to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

No prior sales experience is required, with licensing support and a focus on autonomy and growth. As a new sales professional, you’ll manage your local territory, schedule meetings, and build a personal client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license required.
• Willing to obtain Life/Health license if needed; company supports licensing.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and reservice clients.
• Develop and manage your personal client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales data.
