Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.

• Adhere to vehicle care policies and operation standards.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completion.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems and potential problems.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.
