Job summary

Family Car Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor – Automotive to greet customers, schedule appointments, and serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians. You will ensure customers feel welcome and confident that their vehicle needs are met, driving a positive service experience.

You will translate repair findings to technicians, provide accurate estimates, upsell wisely, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process while supporting CSI goals and warranty

• Explain repairs and costs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Keep Service Manager informed of issues and risks.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.

• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
