Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of dealership financing. The role focuses on signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risk.

You will develop relationships with dealership owners, present financing solutions, and monitor portfolio performance. Requires travel, strong finance acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: >75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
