Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio, sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure attentive servicing of accounts.

You will lead risk assessments, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. This role requires extensive travel and a proactive client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Willingness to travel >75% with some overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Servicing: Oversee the servicing of the floorplan portfolio and monitor account performance.
• Risk Management: Develop risk assessment models and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
