Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of dealer accounts across the automotive sector. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure high service levels while managing associated credit and regulatory risks.

The role requires extensive travel, deep knowledge of automotive financing, and strong relationship-building skills to partner with dealership owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company's offerings.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
