Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer network, drive sales, and oversee servicing and risk across a national portfolio. The role combines remote work with extensive travel to dealer sites and headquarters, emphasizing relationship building and financial acumen.

The candidate will sign dealerships, develop strategies, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field; 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel greater than 75% and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models for dealer creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
