Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure top-tier servicing while actively managing risks.

The role requires deep automotive industry knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work remotely in a hybrid environment. The position offers a base pay, substantial bonus potential, and a travel-heavy schedule.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage servicing of accounts
• Develop risk assessment models and ensure regulatory compliance
