The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose problems.
• Follow up on repair status and update customers when delays occur.
• Make repair recommendations and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
