Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to customer concerns, coordinate service/repairs, and manage expectations for timely delivery and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with dealer-level or large facility experience preferred, and a clean driving record. Excellent communication and professional appearance are essential for world-class customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and safety/customer-service oriented.
Basic computer and internet skills required.

Responsibilities

Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
Follow up on repair status and inform customers if delays occur; obtain authorization for revised estimates.
Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs to meet customer expectations.
Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
