Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central liaison between customers and technicians. You will schedule service, explain needed repairs, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and the ability to read and comprehend instructions. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a high school diploma or GED and may have automotive experience or training.
• Experience in a dealer-level or large facility environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose issues promptly.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers of delays or changes.
• Present repair recommendations and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
