Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the communication hub between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, coordinate service, and set expectations for repairs and maintenance.

A valid driver’s license and a clean record are required, with prior dealer-level experience preferred. The role requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if timelines change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
