Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central point of contact for service and repair activities, acting as the liaison between customers and technicians. The role requires strong communication, a focus on customer service, and the ability to set expectations with customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record, along with professional presentation

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED.
• Some post-secondary automotive training or experience is helpful.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Keeps knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins up to date.
