Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the central point of contact for service and repair activities. You will coordinate with technicians, schedule service, and communicate repair needs and estimates to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong focus on customer service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with safety and customer service orientation.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and operate basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers if completion is delayed.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery by setting customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
