Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, explain needed repairs, and set expectations for service delivery while delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling service, tracking repairs, and ensuring quality control. A high school diploma and dealership experience are preferred; valid driver's license required; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules service for customers in person or on the phone to ensure prompt, accurate diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers when cars won’t be ready as promised.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting expectations with customers.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
