Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who will serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to customer concerns, arrange appropriate service, and communicate clearly about needed repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, dealer-level experience preferred, an unrestricted driver's license, and a strong track record in customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone.
• Tracks repair status and informs customers when progress changes.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Keeps knowledge current on vehicle operation, warranties, and service information.
• Meets or exceeds service level targets.
• Completes required documentation per regulations and standards.
• Attends staff meetings and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
