Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

• ASE Certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store processes are timely.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
