O’Reilly Auto Parts in Rialto, CA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management when needed.

The role emphasizes leading a team, ensuring timely processing of orders, returns, and transfers, maintaining policy-compliant phone handling, and delivering friendly service to retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Invoice merchandise and manage core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties; handle deposits; secure premises at night.
• All other duties as assigned.
