Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Manage telephone inquiries according to policy.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, transfers, and shipments; contact customers on arrival.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately with correct refunds.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedules and clock-ins/outs per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money and deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
