O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management when managers are unavailable.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, RSS Certification eligibility, and preferably retail auto parts experience. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply and the position offers a comprehensive compensation package including benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed promptly with shipment arrivals communicated to customers as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued using correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money security, deposits, and security checks including vehicle parking areas.
• All other duties as assigned.
