The role emphasizes leadership, excellent customer service for retail and professional customers, and accurate processing of orders, returns, and store procedures; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and correctly.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules, approvals for deviations, and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, manage money and deposits, and secure the store.
