Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-driven execution of programs.
• Answer the telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC adds promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
