Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Claims Representative for Auto Damage to support customers through the claims process. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle auto damage claims, communicating clearly with insureds and claimants while working within authority limits.

The role requires at least two years of auto claim handling, a valid adjuster license where applicable, and strong proficiency with claims systems and MS Office. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Two years auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Handle multi-vehicle auto damage claims with limited liability and no injuries.
• Evaluate policy terms and determine coverage and liability; negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claims system and maintain thorough records.
