Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance principles and state regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage, liability, and damage; negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for timely claim resolution.
• Document all findings accurately in the claim management system.
• Determine settlement amounts within authority; send denial letters or reservations as needed.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tool rollouts while maintaining productivity.
