Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar admin position, with strong communication skills, multitasking ability under pressure, and proficiency in general office tools. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service exposure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripted processes.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
