Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers. You will support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing repair orders, tracking CCC One notes, and coordinating rental car details. A HS diploma and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and documentation for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental car info and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
