Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage relationships with customers and insurance providers, and provide admin support to the Repair Facility Team.

The CSR will schedule repairs using CCC One, retrieve insurance assignments, prepare RO work packets, record communications, confirm rental details, and track ARMS against CCC One. Strong multitasking and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Auto body exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage customer/insurance relationships.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and follow scripting to optimize workflow.
• Obtain repair authorizations and assemble RO work packets with QC, parts, and rental indicators.
• Document all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Verify rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Oversee ARMS throughout the day and ensure alignment with CCC One records.
