Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our repair facility. You will handle relationships with customers and insurers while providing essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling, insurance coordination, preparing repair orders, and maintaining detailed records in CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related environment including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and daily planning tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure ARMS entries are reflected in CCC One.
