Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience within our repair facility team. You will coordinate appointments, manage insurance communications, and support administrative tasks using CCC One and ARMS systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and document repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and windshield tags.
