Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences during vehicle repairs. You will coordinate with customers, insurance partners, and the repair team to ensure smooth operations.

You will schedule appointments, handle insurance authorizations, prepare repair orders, and maintain accurate records in CCC One, while coordinating rental cars and daily ARMS activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative support).
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurers during repair in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
