Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for repair facilities. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while handling essential administrative tasks in CCC One and ARMS.

Daily duties include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing RO packets, maintaining notes, and ensuring rental information is up to date across systems. This role requires organizational focus and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• 1 year in auto body or similar environment plus customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
