Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an administrative professional to support daily operations in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will schedule appointments, manage insurance authorizations, and coordinate with customers and partners using CCC One and ARMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Experience in auto body or similar environment with customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to synchronize with CCC One.
