Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support for the Repair Facility Team. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while handling administrative tasks in CCC One.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license and prior customer service exposure are preferred, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure ARMS entries are reflected in CCC One.
