Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administration role.
• Preferred: experience in auto body or related customer service environment.

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One daily.
