Gerber Collision & Glass in Durham, NC is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing comprehensive administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule vehicle repairs using our scheduling systems, obtain repair authorizations, prepare RO work packets, record communications, and coordinate rental details to keep the process moving smoothly in a

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using scheduling systems and proper scripting.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and documentation for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS and ensure alignment with CCC One throughout the day.
