Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Durham, NC seeks an organized admin assistant to support repair operations. You will schedule appointments, manage insurance paperwork, and assemble repair orders with required documentation while maintaining customer communication.

Experience in an auto body environment and strong attention to detail are valued, along with multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as an administration assistant preferred (1 year).
• Customer service background in auto body is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts, and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
