Gerber Collision & Glass in North Carolina is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repairs. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, and handle administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing repair orders, updating system notes, and coordinating rental car info while ensuring accurate records in CCC One and ARMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative).
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
