Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring for a detail-oriented administrative professional to support collision and glass services in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule vehicle repairs, retrieve insurance assignments, prepare repair orders, and maintain accurate records in CCC One and ARMS.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year in a related admin or auto body setting, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner with proper scripting.
• Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO (repair order) work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes and communication types.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS (Automated Rental Management System) to ensure ARMS entries are reflected in CCC One.
• Disassemble vehicles for repairs once authorization is obtained.
