Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an organized administrative professional to schedule repairs, manage authorizations, and prepare repair orders in a fast-paced environment. You will document communications with customers and insurers and track rental car details using CCC One and ARMS systems.

The role requires solid office skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Experience in auto body settings is helpful, with opportunities for career growth within the Boyd Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Obtain repair authorizations and relevant documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers/insurance in CCC One.
• Confirm rental car information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
