Qualifications

• OR 5 years’ related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and ensure on-site parking on time.
• Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth auction operations.
• Educate clients on Cox products and services.
• Review lineup with senior peers to coordinate reconditioning and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
