Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to act as the primary liaison for auction vendors and clients, coordinating SLA delivery and ensuring client expectations are met.

You will upsell CAI products, oversee vehicle readiness for sale, support reconditioning processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS diploma/GED and 3 years' related field experience.
• Or a higher-level degree/certification beyond HS.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with auction personnel and stakeholders across all aspects of customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review sale lineup and locate missing vehicles to ensure on-time on-site parking.
• Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes and support client team for smooth auctions.
• Educate customers on company products and services.
• Coordinate reconditioning services and perform condition reports and imaging audits.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal platforms; ensure safety practices.
