Job summary

Cox Enterprises, Dallas-based, seeks an account liaison to coordinate and execute SLA-driven work with auction vendors and clients. You will be the primary contact, understand requirements, upsell CAI products, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations while advancing mutual business outcomes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prefer vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders on customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review sale lineup vehicles and ensure they are ready and parked on-time.
• Support client team and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Educate customers on company products and services.
• Assist with reconditioning services and audits to reduce policy loss risk.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and vehicle inspection.
• Operate with Microsoft Office and internal platforms.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
