Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks an Account Liaison to coordinate and execute account SLAs, serving as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products, and ensure work is completed to mutual benefit.

With support from senior peers and various auction departments, you will review sales lineup, coordinate reconditioning, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits to minimize losses and maximize goodwill.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years’ related experience.
• Ability to review vehicle lineups and coordinate reconditioning and readiness for sale.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account liaison coordinating and executing SLA's.
• Act as primary contact for auction vendors/clients and upsell CAI products and services.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure work meets expectations.
• Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders across customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review vehicles in sale lineup and ensure timely readiness and on-spot parking.
• Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes and support client teams.
• Educate on company products and services.
• Assist with audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes.
• Operate basic computer software including Outlook and Excel.
