Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking an account liaison to coordinate and execute client SLAs and serve as the primary contact for auction vendors.

You will engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure work is completed to client expectations. You will collaborate with auction personnel and stakeholders across customer engagement to ensure smooth auction operations and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to upsell products and services to clients.
• Familiarity with automotive/auction environments is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer software and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review vehicles in sale lineup and ensure readiness for sale.
• Support client team and communicate with stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Educate clients on Cox Automotive products and services.
• Coordinate reconditioning and condition reports to reduce losses and expenses.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and methodologies.
• Operate MS Office tools and internal platforms.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
