Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a proactive account liaison in Texas to coordinate and execute account SLA commitments for auction clients. You will act as the primary contact, understand client requirements, and upsell CAI products and services to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

You will work with auction teams to align on vehicle readiness, reconditioning decisions, and safety protocols while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field or 5 years in a related field.
• Open to candidates with higher degrees/certifications.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account liaison coordinating SLA execution.
• Be primary contact for auction vendors/clients and understand requirements.
• Upsell CAI products and services to clients.
• Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders across customer engagement.
• Educate clients on company products and services.
• Review sales lineup with senior peers to plan reconditioning and audits.
• Maintain basic computer skills with MS Office and internal platforms.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in daily activities.
