Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist I to serve as the primary liaison for auction vendors and clients, coordinating SLA delivery and account activity. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 2 years in related field, 1 year in automotive preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review vehicles in sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and prepare for sale.
• Support client teams and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth auction operations.
• Educate on company products and services, review lineups, and coordinate reconditioning and audits.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internal platforms.
