Job summary

Cox Automotive in Riverside, CA is seeking an account liaison to coordinate SLA delivery and serve as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products, and ensure work is completed to expectations.

Responsibilities include reviewing sale lineups, coordinating with auction teams, educating clients on Cox products, and supporting safety and process improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to review vehicle listings and coordinate reconditioning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review vehicles in sale lineup and coordinate readiness for sale.
• Perform basic client services duties and communicate with stakeholders.
• Educate clients on Cox Automotive products and services.
• Coordinate cross-department tasks to support auction operations.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and data.
