Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Account Liaison to coordinate and execute SLA obligations, acting as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements and upsell CAI products and services while ensuring work is completed to expectations.

In this role, you will coordinate with auction staff and other stakeholders across all facets of customer engagement, while leveraging MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years in a related field, or equivalent combination
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to use MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities

• Serve as account liaison coordinating and executing SLA obligations
• Primary contact for auction vendors and clients
• Upsell CAI products and services while meeting client requirements
• Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Review and understand vehicle sale lineups and reconditioning needs
