Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support banking customers, respond to service calls, and support various drive-up, locksmith, and ATM-related systems. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service and safety compliance within a fast-paced environment.

The technician will install, test, and repair remote units, DVR/NVR systems, and associated network equipment, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs/NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and service drive-up banking systems and related equipment.
• Respond to service calls and plans for maintenance on remote units and detectors.
• Troubleshoot and repair audio/video equipment and network systems for banking installations.
• Mentor less-experienced staff using technical knowledge and experience.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety policies.
